We Are Dig & Dig
Today is a milestone day as it marks the moment a vision for a new kind of digital agency has become reality: welcome to Dig & Dig.
This Boston-based brand is the result of months and months’ worth of collaboration and work with our amazing colleagues at The PHA Group – an integrated PR, digital and creative agency that we’re proudly now a part of. Our launch marks a major milestone as the group’s first international agency. Our unique position allows us to be a leading digital & social agency for the most ambitious US brands while also being able to integrate with our talented UK staff to effectively service global programs.
I want to take a moment to thank the members of The PHA Group’s Senior Leadership Team who worked so hard to develop the name, initial creative direction and much of the operational foundation for the agency. I was honored to join in late November to help shape the final product of the brand, our vision, and the go-to-market strategy. I’m so proud of what we have built together through integration and partnership as a group – core components that we’ll take pride in extending to our client partners. While I’m confident that the brand’s story will stand on its own in due time, here’s what makes us different:
Our structure
Between myself and Desiree DiIeso who heads our Paid Media services, clients are guaranteed to have an experienced industry veteran shaping their strategies. Unlike many other agencies, Dig & Dig takes an expert-led, expert-done approach. What you see is what you’ll get – without exception.
Our services
We understand that the consumer journey is as fragmented as ever, but that doesn’t mean your marketing strategy needs to be too. Our services span SEO, social media and content marketing across organic and paid activations. This approach allows us to build prescriptive programs that maximize expected impact rather than over-indexing on a single core competency. Our job is to make the proactive and agile changes that will drive your growth – and we take that job seriously.
Our attitude
We’re fiercely dedicated to our client’s success. Long-term that means measurable impact you can count on. But in our opinion, that’s also delivered in the day-to-day things – an ear you can bend for a second opinion, a partner you can lean on to check a few boxes off your to-do list when the week gets away from you. There is no challenge we’re afraid to take on (or likely haven’t seen). No objective that we can’t achieve. No competitor that we cannot take down. It’s how we choose to carry ourselves and why we never just scratch the surface – we Dig & Dig.
While it feels great to be officially live, our work is only just beginning. Our focus over the next 3-6 months will be as follows:
Partner success
Helping our clients succeed is our purpose, plain and simple. The bulk of our efforts will continue to be spent executing and evolving our client programs to exceed expectations.
Networking
We’re biased, but there is no better place for our US headquarters than Boston. The combination of the city’s booming startup economy, entrepreneurial spirit and massive talent pool make it a perfect market to lay our roots. We’ll be spending lots of time expanding our networks, building partnerships and working with prospects to fuel their continued growth. I’ll also be speaking at this year’s DigiMarCon New England in June and looking forward to meeting with and learning from all of my Boston-area marketing peers.
Hiring
