With over 16 years’ experience, Matt has deep expertise in search and content strategy across owned, earned and paid channels.

The only thing Matt loves more than developing ROI positive campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate high-value leads, and improve brand reputation  (which he’s done hundreds of times) is playing sports – any will do. Bonus points if he can play them on a beach with his family.

As EVP, Matt leads day-to-day operations, works with a wide variety of B2C & B2B brands and collaborates with our partners to build digital strategies that drive lasting impact.

Desiree Dileso

Vice President, Head of Paid Media

Desiree’s 14+ years of experience in paid media mean she knows what it takes to generate demand that drives growth.

While she can’t choose her favorite sports team, having led integrated channel planning, buying and reporting for countless B2C and B2B brands, she can provide strategic channel insights and tactical expertise.

Desiree leads the strategy for bespoke, results-driven campaigns. Blending the power of data with consumer understanding to deliver impact, before heading home to binge-read a good book and chase after her twin sons.

Tom Inskip

Tom Inskip

Director of Commercial Partnerships

Tom Inskip has over 14 years of PR Experience at the PHA Group and has been with the company when it had just 20 people back in 2010 and now has 100. Tom joined as an intern in the Sport and Fitness team, and worked his way up to Director of Sport and Fitness team from 2022 – to 2024. He has worked with global rights holders and brands such as Tour de France, International Tennis Federation, Optimum Nutrition, Therabody, Huel, Chris Hemsworth App Centr and Red Bull.

He is currently PHA’s Director of Commercial Partnerships and relocated to Boston in June. His role involves developing the Group’s international capabilities through this network and supporting new business activities for the UK and US offices through the network and our portfolio of partner agencies.
