Since Dig & Dig launched a few weeks ago, we have been overwhelmed by the kind and positive feedback. We are grateful to everyone who has reached out and want to say a big thank you to the team involved in carefully planning and launching the first agency to have been incubated from within The PHA Group.

We know Dig & Dig is in the very best hands with Matt and Desiree; as soon as we met them both, we were convinced they were the right people to lead Dig & Dig forwards. Their passion and expertise are hugely impressive, as is their commitment to delivering a point of difference to the Boston and wider US digital marketing landscape.

We believe Dig & Dig has a distinct identity as an agency combining integrated digital, social and influencer expertise with an approach dedicated to unearthing genuine insights that inform tailored strategies.

That proposition combines well with our established agency in the UK, where we offer PR, digital, creative and crisis management services and we expect Dig & Dig and PHA to work very closely on client accounts – in fact Dig & Dig launched with three clients, all of which are integrated with PHA, ensuring that we offer the best expertise and coverage.

If Dig & Dig’s expertise is complementary of PHA’s, we have worked hard to ensure that its culture is reflective of the one we have nurtured for almost 20 years, as one of the UK’s leading independent agencies.

Our vision is to become one of the world’s leading communications groups, with a mission to truly understand each client’s objectives and deliver the very best integrated solutions to help deliver them.

The launch of Dig & Dig is a major step on that journey but our vision will only be achievable with a shared set of values across the group. Our chosen values are collaboration, inclusivity, ambition, transparency and accountability, which run through our client work and internal relations.

It is fantastic to see Dig & Dig already starting to embody those values, with integrated clients up and running, as well as regular training and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure everyone has a chance to collaborate.

We have also established a quarterly secondment programme, which will see groups fly from London to Boston for a week at a time, with the first to arrive later this month. Each group will have a schedule of immersion and knowledge sharing, focused on enhancing output on current accounts and growing the integrated portfolio – with plenty of time to enjoy the fantastic city of Boston, perhaps a lobster roll and a Red Sox game!

Our belief is that continuing to invest time and energy into effective collaboration will ensure that, as we grow, the group will always deliver far more than the sum of its parts.
